Fidler’s Green is the developer’s working name for the housing estate that is currently being built on the site of the old mushroom farm.
The plan is to have a total of 18 houses, with a mix of large and small properties for a better social mix. At the time of writing (January 2014) the show house overlooking the cricket green has been completed and one of the smaller houses is almost there, ready for occupation in February.
