Caroline’s background is in motherhood, social services and care for the elderly. She had a long career before ordination as an ordinary member of a church congregation with particular involvement in children’s activities.
Caroline was ordained in 2003 in St Albans Abbey and then served in two parishes in Watford area of Hertfordshire. She came to the benefice of Compton, Shackleford and Peper Harow in April 2013 and left in 2018.
